A great hike with swimming holes and waterfalls along the lower part of the trail, and great views from the top.
The Trailhead
The trail head is located on Otter Creek Road near Bar Harbor, ME.

Get driving directions using this link. About .2 miles past the small body of water (The Tarn) on the right, pull off on the right at the Canyon Brook Trailhead.
Hike Synopsis
Go .2 miles from this trail head then bear right when you reach the Tarn Trail. This will take you to the Ladder Trail from there you can follow the signs to the summit of Dorr Mountain. For the return trip back track until your reach the Emery path on which you will take a left. This will take you to the Kurt Deiderich Climb, turn right on this and follow it down to the Tarn. This will take you back to the Tarn trail and this will take you back to the your car.
